What can access Northwood temps?

Post by DX »

Is there anything out there that can give me the CPU temp from the the diode in it? It is a Northwood 2.6.

So far Everest, Speedfan and Rightmark haven't been able to give me a temp.

On my 3.0Ghz Northwood and the MSI MOBO, I can get to the temps in the BIOS or the MSI tools.

So, it should be possible to get them.

Dell GX 240 doesn't have a thermal diode. I thought there was an internal one.
