tv tuner time

ok, so my specs in my signature, and a 19" 1440x900 widescreen 16:10 monitor in play, what is a decent tv tuner for fairly cheap (sub $60)?
consider also that i only have incoming standard def cable, but the option for higher def would be nice, i just wanna upgrade from my statiky 14" crt tv
i may also just be using an athlon xp 2500 and x1650pro 1 GB ram(but obviously won't use if that system cant handle the tuner properly)(AGPx8, pci slots only)

I've tried a few different tv tuners. They all sucked IMO. The picture was always really poor like a youtube video.

the only ones ive used that are of any quality are PCIE ones that cost more than 60 dollars

thanks martini, i think i'll go with the
first one you linked, the asus, as it has the best customer reviews, plenty of features, and a remote
im also glad the PC requirements are low enough to use with any of three PCs we have here also
