Will a 4850 be enough?

Will a 4850 with a AMD Phenom 9600 quad-core processor be enough to average 30+ fps in Wrath of the Lich King with all the setting maxed at 1680x1050 4xAA?
AMD 960T OC'ed to 4gz
ASRock 970 EXTREME4 AM3+ AMD 970
2 X G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000)(16gb)
EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2682-KR GeForce GTX 680 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16

I play it with a HD4850 + E8400 and it runs fine at max settings at 1680x1050

Isn't the Intel 8400 much faster than the AMD 9600?

Yeah but at those settings the video card makes a much bigger difference than the CPU
