opengl driver problem

I am just wondering if opendl drivers are included with the ati or nvidia drivers or do they need to be downloaded seperate?
Core i5-6500 - Corsair Vengence 16GB DDR4 2133 - MSI 2080Ti - Antec 750W - Crucial 525GB SSD - Windows 10 64bit - ASUS 32" LED

I think they're included now. The only time I've heard about special drivers needing to be downloaded was with the old Glide API from 3DFX. I could be wrong though.
