trying to upload some info and cant!

hello everybody! i need some help please ](*,) i'm trying to upload some info on memory timings and am being told not allowed to upload docx. how should i send it?? thanks ahead of time for your help :prayer: peace all, dana

What format is the information in? Is there any reason you can't just copy and paste the txt of it into your message?

.docx is from office for mac.

i just copied it from a web page to microsoft word and then tried to attach it and i get that message??? im only about 7 mon into computers so im still very ignorant to somethings. i'll try your suggestion and let you know, thanks for your help ,D

copy and paste the text from the word file into the post.

Oh thats the format i get from my mac too then. I thought I had an older version guess I have office 08 on the mac. #-o
