Omnisphere Problems!

ok this may be in the wrong topic area but still i need to find out soon before i go mad on how to get omnisphere to work. i have both steinberg sequel 2 and cubase le 4 and was wondering if any of these work with omnisphere. i was told they do but cant get it to work.
