How Many PCs Do You Own?

I was going through my parts box looking for something the other day and realized I have 2 PCs I could build in there. Then I counted how many are around the house. There are 7 working computers in my house with 2 that I could easily throw together. Is that uncommon to have 9 computers in one house?

First Homemade PC - Athlon Thunderbird 1.2Ghz, Gigabyte GA-7ZXE, 384MB SDR 133, several old AGP cards to choose from

PCs I gave to my sister's family
Dual Core - Opteron 170, EPoX EP-9U1697GLI-J GLI, 3GB DDR 400, ATi HD3450
Single Core - Athlon 64 3000+ (Skt 939), Abit AV8, 1.5GB DDR 400, 9800 Pro

With the exception of the two laptops all of my PCs are homebrew.

1 notebook (new) that is getting daily use -- off topic, but got a Samsung lappy and am lovin it!
1 netbook (new) getting daily use -- also new
1 desktop in the MAME box
1 older laptop that lives in the garage but will probably get re-imaged and the used for gosh knows what...
3 boxes assembled and working, but never get turned on

I can't forget to mention the Commodore 64 and the TI 99-4A that still reside in my attic. I'm pretty sure they both work.

Oddly enough the first PC I ever built was an AMD, and yet I now have all Intel's.

I gave my sister and brother in law 2 of my old computers.

Opteron 170 and an Athlon 64 939 3000+ processors with motherboards and video cards. One is for their office and the other is for my niece and nephews.

And I forgot I have my cousin's PC sitting here waiting waiting for him to bring me his replacement motherboard he orders in November. Lucky for me I pulled his 2 320GB drives out and have them in RAID on one of my boxes. I guess when he finally comes to fix it I'll have to give them back.

2 working right now, 3rd is waiting on a replacement PSU. Sold most of my old junk and gave my sister-in-law a old XP and 19" LCD. Still have enough parts to put together another Core 2 if need be.

two quadcores that get daily use, the AMD phenom i game on (cause it runs vista) and the q6600 that gets everything else (on linux)
