Props to Cooler Master

I thought I'd share an experience I've been having. Recently I contacted a Cooler Master parts shop that apparently is based out of somewhere in Europe. Was hoping to find a parts store in the US so I could buy some 200mm fan grills for my 200mm fans. I couldn't find them anywhere. Fry's was no use although I was tempted to steal one off the HAF-932 display they had hehe. And nowhere else seemed ot carry them. so I send these guys an email at the parts shop asking if they knew of a place that shipped these to/in the US. Actually I asked if they did since their url wasn't a ".com" lol. I just got a response from them 20 minutes ago asking for my address so they could send me some.....for FREE. This is the 2nd time those guys with Cooler Master have gone the extra mile for me. The first time was when they sent me a new V10 that arrived next day to replace the bad one I got. I just wanted to rave about it really. You don't see this kind of service much anywhere anymore. Especially from a Company who is based in different locations. ( you sure don't see every Wal-Mart treat you the same no doubt)

I've had similar experiences with Corsair. I wanted a set of modular cables with dual PCI-Express connectors on them rather than singles so I could run my twin cards. Sent an e-mail to them and they mailed them to me for free! Corsair has definatly earned my business. I'm more likely to consider Coolermaster now after hearing your experiences with them.

The value of a company is how they treat you AFTER they have your business.

Yea, they're sending the grills from Europe so I had to say something. It's one thing to impress someone to send them in the Continental State/Region no charge, but to ship it out of the Netherlands(it's a .nl site soo I'm assuming that) across the world for free, that spoke Volumes to me. I know sometimes the service always doesn't happen 100% of the time in reality(or reviewers are just that lame to blame their own reasonability issues on the company) but here's hoping it happens 100% to at least you guys here in the future.

I flamed ECS on x58 board when I had issues building a new system. Even though it was a friends computer and not mine it was real frustrating. We called them up and they knew of the problem and did not try to read a script to troubleshot. He gave him a ticket number and they said they were working the issue. I thought no frakking way they were calling back. Two hours later my friend gets a call from a manager apologizing for the problem and told him that a beta BIOS was in his inbox that would resolve the issue. Professionals the whole time.

Did you make sure to redact your statements against ECS on that forum. It would suck if you just bashed them and after they fixed your issue you didn't let anyone know.

I had a similar experience with Antec. Sent me 2 120mm tricools because the current one was making vibrations. Their service is great!

Almost makes we want to get a Coolermaster case as my next one... almost.

If Corsair hadn't been so awesome with my PSU issue. They've really earned my business.
