Program for making videos from DVDs?

Post by Tim Burton »

I have a DVD that I DLed years ago. It was before ISOs were common and it is basically just a DVD copied to the HD.

My question is what do you recommend to make it into an AVI, H.264, or Matroska?

I'd prefer something that doesn't require 3 programs to run in sequence to get the file.

Thanks in advance.

I can just see this thread being a magnet for spam months down the line. :axe:

Seriously though, the amount of threads we have to delete that are advertising video converters is ridiculous.

So if you don't mind, when you're happy with a program Tim, I'm going to lock this thread.

Ok, I have Handbrake, but what settings are best for making non-Ipod videos?

DMB,

Once I get that info, you can lock it.
