I had this product from Ultra Products for about a year when it stopped working.  I had sent in the registration form via mail as I always do when I purchase any product over $100.00.  When I contacted their "Support Center" they stated that they never received my warranty card.  Of course this means one of two things... it got lost in the mail or it didn't get processed correctly on "Ultra Components and Technologies" side.  Either way when I contacted their Support Center I was told that they couldn't help me without the product information to prove the date I purchased it to ensure it's not out of the 3 year warranty.   After searching trough my Best Buy I was able to determine that I had purchased the product over 2 years (but less than 3.)  Upon re-contacting the Ultra support center again... I was told that my product was only eligible for 1 year protection without the card I had filled out being received. 
Don't purchase items from a place that doesn't support it products.  Come one Ulta... you have proof I purchased this product.  I don't keep copies of the warranty products cards I send out and even if I did I'm sure you'd still deny my request for a replacement. 
Ultra customer service is not even close to being customer oriented or even service oriented.
