Nice find. I downloaded the PDF for the 8 flowcharts. Never know, may need them some day.

Or just learn most things like I did...
1) Decide to upgrade something
2) Break the intended upgrade
3) Research the hell out he issue and narrow the issues down
4) Eventually fix the issue with another new item
5) Retain that information or continue to break things

I'm with major
Lessons are better learned the hard way. Some issues end up being costly & a pain to replace (broken hardware) while others end up being fixes you remember to try next time you see a similar problem again.
Google is your friend
