You see that it says: Supported Frequencies... Why would it be running at lower frequency (533 instead of 609) if it can run at a higher?
Does this mean that I can change it?
Well... I have been using computers for a LONG time... But I have never really looked into technical details, I always had my brother who understood a bit more to give me advice when I mounted my own "gaming" PC, and I didn't change frequencies or overclock anything, but I can still assemble a desktop if given all the components (Notebooks are harder, but if you get a mounted one and disassemble it's easy to reassemble it even the HP nightmare with 327753272 screws all over the place)
And I'm fighting to understand about ATI stuff, I have always used Nvidia and the driver stuff for it is pretty simple... Now I have this ATI Mobility, and I was trying to get a fix for the extreme loading time on BFBC2... But it seems to have come out some 10.4 fix, and I was thing that that was just Catalyst program version and not the drivers itself, and that I could use it but I apparently can't. So I had to reinstall my 8.62 (I think)... There are rumors that there is a new 8.74 (or whatever) which is still beta...
So, out of the bible I wrote above... Should I try changing the memory frequency?
And about the ATI stuff, Mobility series doesn't use the 10.x series? I should only search for 8.x series?
* I'm actually completely lost here, because now I see on other places: "Catalyst 10.x BETA (8.74 April 6/10) Win All "
Great...
