Hi guys, does anyone know of a website that will have the driver for my keyboard, which is a "Microsoft Multimedia keyboard 1.0A" "KB 0168". I have found web sites that have a link for the driver but every time I click on it, the site wants money, membership that also costs or "link cannot be found". Please help. (If anyone has the installer for this driver that would be great).

Microsoft doesn't have it or support it natively in their own OS?

I have found a piece of software that tells me what drivers are in need of updating, however updating them though the software itself is time consuming and somewhat irritating. Does anyone know of any software that will not only scan but update all of my drivers??

There are several out there but avoid them. They typically don't have the latest drivers, despite what they say/claim. From my own personal experience with them (Driver Checker, Driver Magician) they identify wrong hardware sometimes. Best bet is just to keep up with the latest drivers from the manufacturer's site.

I bought a new keyboard cause I just couldn't find a driver that worked.

The keyboard I got was one of the gigabyte ones which i like very much.

I would recommend that you do the same to be honest.

Look here: http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/downloads

I have a PS/2 Logitech with no software installed and the macro keys work (i.e. Volume, Email, Home, Calculator, etc..). Strange that yours don't work. Unless you are trying to setup a custom macro.

NO, JUST ASIGN OR REASIGN normal program exe from a new shortcut on desktop,

i luv the boards layout and proper backward and del buton and others, so used to it after years, each brand always changes some butons , a pain .....

I have to say the one thing I don't like about the keyboard I have is the backspace key. I much prefer the two key sized on.
