Problem

Recently my comp has been restarting randomly.This has happening for a while now I'm sick of it.It says that there may be an error to check with newly installed hardware.Thanks if you guys can help!

write down the error message or as much of it as you can. Also, go into the Admin tools( Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Event Viewer> system Log) This will give you all the errors that have happened on your system recently.
This will go a long way in helping us help you.

The next question is what kind of system is it. List hardware (mobo, cpu, memory, power supply, anything else key) let us know if your overclocking or not, and what OS your running.
edit: i see that your Overclocking and using an AMD some mobo info and psu info would be good.
I would suggest downloading Memtest86+ and letting that run over night to see if there are any errors
next download prime95 ( i know capper will not agree with me but its all up to you any way) and run the tourture test large FFT over night and see if it fails out or reboots.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000000a (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x8051e106). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini092105-08.dmp.

Well now that i know its a DFI i have a funny feeling its memory related, try memtest and see what it comes up with, DFI Ultra D is an awsome motherboard but the memory configureation can be quite a task.

Dang I don't have my cd burner and i don't have a floppy drive guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow to test it.BTW thanks this may help me!

That PSU could be the problem yes, but i would want to verify that its not a memory setting or overclock thats causing the problem. If you take your cpu and memory back down to stock (200 htt/ 200mem) and your still getting memory and or cpu errors then we will want to look at your PSU.

That board should have Memcheck buitl into the BIOS. Go to the Genie BIOS screen, toward the very bottom set it to enabled and reboot. It will run memtest.
That PSU is way too weak. Your problem could be a collaboration of things, but in any case, I'd replace that PSU soon.

duh.... see its been so long since i tweeked my Ultra-D that i forgot that, yeah use the internal memtest.

I'm buying this psu FSP Group 500W later this month.I'll see how memtest does today.Also I haven't gotten this error since I underclocked the cpu to 2.0
