New PC possible fitment issue?

Ok, so im buying a new pc, but have a few concerns regarding fitment.
So before i spend money on the wrong cooler because of a silly fitment issue, i thought it would be best to ask.
Chassis : Coolermaster HAF-X
MB : Asus rampage 3 extreme
RAM : Corsair Dominator GT
CPU Cooler : Coolermaster V6GT
GFX : Sapphire HD 5970
Possible problems:
1) If i install the Coolermaster V6GT, will there be space to install the Airflow Fan on the Dominator GT ram ? (Also if i am able, will the airflow fan block airflow into the V6GT)
2) If i install the Coolermaster V6GT, will there be space for me to install the Sapphire Hd 5970 in the pci-e slot closest to cpu (top slot) ?
