The Hotfix has been leaked to the net if you want to give it a try. There are several performance enhancements for your card in particular.

Thanks for the link. It's wierd. I've been having no problems while playing my game but I'm randomly crashing while doing things like browsing a few pages while listening to music. Is there any type of program where I can test my system?

The best thing you can do is throw specific benchmarks at it and see what makes it lock up. From the symptoms it still sounds like a RAM issue.

One night before you go to bed or in the morning before you go to school/work I'd run a memory diagnostic test. Windows 7 has one built in. Click the Start button and in the search box type "diag" without the quotes. Then select "Diagnose your computer's memory problems". Tell it to run at the next reboot and let it run the entire test, could take several hours, hence start it before bed or work.

Update everything, drivers, software, Windows, firmware, etc.... Something is either bad or not playing right with the rest of your computer.

Download LinX and run it with all of your available RAM.

Well I ran it and it only took about 8mins. It said no errors but I did check the log and it looked like it fix a few things.... But to be honest I don't know if I ran it correctly. I clicked on the LinX app and just hit start.

With 8GB of RAM it should take about 30 minutes.

Well.... Hell.
Things to try off the top of my head.
A) Update your chipset drivers.
https://a248.e.akamai.net/f/674/9206/0/ ... -64_sb.exe
B) Update DirectX.
http://majorgeeks.com/DirectX_d2924.html
C) Update your sound drivers (assuming you're running the onboard audio).
http://www.viaarena.com/Driver/v8700a_20100923.zip
D) Go into BIOS and load Optimized Defaults.

When you installed Windows did you encounter any issues? If so then Windows might not be running right and causing different crashes.

Hahaha yea this is just wierd. I have the most current directx drivers (11 I believe). When I click on the first link it gives me an error page and takes me back to the gpu driver page.

Try this link for the south bridge drivers.
https://a248.e.akamai.net/f/674/9206/0/ ... -64_sb.exe
If it doesn't work then you should be able to find it here.
http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/ ... -64.aspx#3

Do you have AHCI turned on in your BIOS? If not you can enable it while in Windows. It won't help with your crashing but it adds features for your hard drive. The AHCI driver is also on the second link.
http://www.guru3d.com/article/ocz-vertex-2-ssd-review/5
Go the the paragraph where it says "Enable AHCI" and follow those instructions. If you enable it and reboot then install the driver from AMD's website. It won't let you install it before you enable the feature in your registry and BIOS.

*EDIT*
The DirectX update I posted has nothing to do with your video card or its drivers. It actually updates Microsoft's DirectX software to resolve issues and add new functionality. Think of it as the driver of all things DirectX.

Have you run the Windows experience index yet. It will test your system and give you suggestions on how to improve your rig. Do you think it may be a overheating issue.

I don't think there's an issue with overheating. The case has good airflow. I'll try that Windows experience index.

Yea that test didn't seem to do anything other than tell me a score (which was 5.9)

I guess the only other things I can think of before you reinstall windows is to do a disc check and defrag.

Did you update your nic or do you have norton installed? Your nic is intel right, go to intel.com and download from there.

Before you try that try disabling it in the bios and force a bsod.
