I was walking around Staples earlier and I walked up to the clearance rack. There sat the drive mentioned for sale. If you have a Staples near by you might want to check it out. I don't know if their clearance items are done at the corporate level or by region/store, etc... The product was new in the box, not an open box return. The label also said they wanted $98 for it orginally. I also ordered a cheap external enclosure off of Newegg for $13. So for $50 I hope I got a good little external drive.

Not abad little drive, I prefer Laptop type of drives. they seem to be a bit faster then their 3.5" counterparts.
