Opinions on Philips DVP642 DVD Player?

I read the reviews and they don't seem bad, but if you know of a better player for about the same price I would love to hear about it.
Also, if there is anything that the reviewers missed, I'd appreciate it if you point it out.

man, that's damn nice for a DVD player that costs ~$60......my Toshiba is starting to get old (about 2 years old to be exact), and it looks awesome! Good find man!!

I've heard nothing but good things about that player. However, you can find it a little cheaper if you look around. I think best buy has it for $50 or so.
