Determining SATA Port Speed?

This is a really dumb question, and I can't believe I'm asking it but here goes.

How do I determine what the Port Speed for my SATA Connections? I have a Dell Vostro Desktop 460 and I'm trying to determine if the SATA Ports are II or III
All I can determine is that the Motherboard is an H67 Chipset, and its running an Intel i5. Its running a Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3320613AS 320GB, and Crystal Disk Info says the Transfer Mode is SATA/600.

I'm ordering an SSD for this system, and if it is SATAIII Compatible I would like to get that speed bump/

HWiNFO32 or AIDA64 should probably be able to pick up the speeds.

The Gigabyte utility may help. Then again it might see if it's a Gigabyte board before it runs.

If Transfer Mode is SATA/600. Then it's SATA3
Sata1 = 150Mps
Sata2 = 300Mps
Sata3 = 600Mps

See that's the odd thing though, when you look up the drive number it shows as SATAII. I might have to call Dell if I cant get a straight confirmation

hwinfo and aida64 confirmed what I thought, it was SATAIII
