Anyone have experience with the MSI/caps issue?

I wanted to find out if anyone else here has had first hand experience with the whole capacitor issue with MSI and some other motherboard manufacturer's. I work for the Tech Repair facility for the local school system(one of the largest in the state with over 230 schools) and we have had literally hundreds of MSI motherboards come in with oozing caps and dead boards.
I know that they just recently settled a lawduit against MSI about this issue and first, wanted to make sure everyone knew about it. If your MSI motherboard has oozing caps you can send it in for a replacement.
I also wanted to find out if anyone else works in the IT field has had this cap issue effect their work and what they've done about it. Frankly, dealing with the company that used the MSI motherboards has been very dissapointing to say the least. The last time we talked to them they said they would repair/replace all MSI boards with bad caps. Well, 6 months later we still haven't recieved any of the boards we sent in to get fixed, and have gotten nothing but a run around from the company.
Anyone else had this problem? I'm glad MSI got a lawsuit filed against them, they have handled this whole situation very poorly IMO. Because of this situation I will personally never buy a MSI product, since they do not know how to treat the customer right. And it's obvious that if there is a problem with one of their products that they will ignore it until they can't ignore it(lawsuit) anymore, then try to ignore it some more.
Besides, MSI is overpriced anyway.
