overclocking nvidia 6600 go

now i know apops posted the whole article on this, but i tried to do what the article described and it didnt work. i was wondering if there are new drivers out, others than what is mentioned and how to install em.
i tried downloading the inf file and the drivers, and i put them in the same directory but whenever i sttart the setup it says the drivers cant be found.
i need to oc my video card cause cs:s map militia will not run with 11-18 fps per second on my wsxga resolution.
