I am new for this forum,
I am asking this problem to studding purpose

As we all we aware the Harvard architecture is speed than Von neumann architecture, because the Instructions fetched and execute are done by single instruction cycle and separate bus. But Intel used "Von neumann". It would be much appreciated, if some one can explain, what is the matter of pact they selected "Von neumann" for there processors.

The von Neumann computer model was designed well before I was born, so who knows why they picked it. You are talking about a design that was brought up in the 1930's and 1940's. Intel likely used it because it was cost effective and worked.
