Also suggest a motherboard for this configuration.

Thanks,
Amit

FX 6300 or the Intel 4130
Either card is good, pretty close in performance.
MB, get one with the features you want from a major manufacturer (ASUS, GB, MSI for example). Skip ASRock and second tier boards.

If you're not going to overclock, pretty much any board will work for you.

If you are going to overclock, go with the 6300, the 4130 is locked.

I would go with the FX-6300, because many new games are starting to use more CPU cores and that number will just get bigger when the new consoles are released. But either way, you should be good. And for the card... the GTX 650 Ti BOOST matches or outperforms the HD 7850, which is faster than HD 7790. So, get the GTX 650 Ti BOOST or HD 7850, and not the HD 7790. Good luck.

Okay I have finalized on this much!

AMD FX-6300 Processor
Asus M5A97 R2.0 MotherBoard
Nvidia GTX 650Ti Boost Edition Graphics Card
1TB Sata Seagate Hard Disk
8GB DDR3 Corsair Vengence 1600Mhz

Now i need with choosing the right cabinet and SMPS. I'm not left with much cash to shell out. Something around Rs.5000 or 100$ together. I can put my overclocking needs like a yr or two later. Is that possible??

And also,would you suggest using 4GB x 2 RAM sticks instead of 8GB x 1 Ram stick?

Definitely go for 2x4GB sticks, as your odds of working after failure are better and also better performance & overclock-ability as well
for a Power Supply I have only gone with Corsair in the past several builds and upgrades (every build I've done since 2008), ThermalTake, PC Power & cooling, OCZ and Antec are good brands as well, but every unit Corsair makes is extremely reliable, unlike lower-end Antec, OCZ models which aren't much better than Rosewill, Cooler Master, Raidmax, Logisys.

Your Power supply is the most important part of a build, because a low end PSU can burn up your entire system, making many of your parts un-replacable under warranty as well.

Computer Case/Chassis is also a preference thing, but I'd go for Corsair, Thermaltake, Coolermaster, Antec, Lian-Li, Silverstone and there are others as well, but expect to get what you pay for.
