Need cooler for Phenom X4 9850

Been trying to find one that fits my requirements for couple weeks, with no success, so its time to ask for suggestions. I need a CPU cooler that will definitely fit any regular full tower case, and not block any standard profile memory DIMMS, expansion slots, or other components. I'd like it to be reasonably quiet, but size is the top requirement....I absolutely must have all slots available. Any recommendations?

You may want to list the motherboard you are using to help understand the lateral space requirements you require. If you could take a picture and add actual measurements to the various slots to the image that would be even more helpful.

Maybe take a look at Thermaltakes NIC L32, install dual fan in push/pull configuration to increase airflow through the cooler.
