Vonage service so bad they will not accept e-mail requests

Worst mistake I made in a while is signing on with Vonage without checking weblogs warning of thier poor service. DON'T BE A FOOL !

I honestly dont know how bad their customer service is cause i never had to call them, most of the time the only complaints i hear about them is the quality of the calls which is more related to your internet connection than vonage..
