BOO! HISS! House Committee pushes for internet tolls
I don't want to pay tolls for my net access, it's expensive enough to access the 'net at high speeds anyways.... And did you hear about AOL's "pay to spam" (also known as "e-mail postage?")

He's talkin' about tolls because the Internet could potentially end up being tiered for service. E.g. You wanted to download that movie legally? Well, pay for the premium service to be able to download at 10Mbps; otherwise, you will be forced to use 1.5Mbps or less.
