He's talkin' about tolls because the Internet could potentially end up being tiered for service. E.g. You wanted to download that movie legally? Well, pay for the premium service to be able to download at 10Mbps; otherwise, you will be forced to use 1.5Mbps or less.Zelig wrote:Did you link to the correct article?
