I have been using the Altec Lancing ones we reviewed and they work and sound very good Link

The really nice thing is they use a USB soundcard so you can still run your music and game sounds out the PC speakers if you want to and just have Teamspeak or Ventrilo runing in the headset.

My favorite right now is the Plantronics DSP-500. Over the head, VERY comfortable, excellent sound and mic quality. Can get good deals on them since they have been replaced with the DSP-550 (I believe). Less than $70 for an excellent set.
Just a little puppy trying to make it in a big digital world.

I love my Altec Lansing AHS515. Cheap, noise cancelling with a very sweet mic.

The ones I have run for about $30-$40 US. They are an enclosed ear, none of that new-age wrap around the back of your head and press on your ears till they bleed crap. They do work with madden.
