Are you running a SATA Hard Drive or a PATA Hard Drive? If it's PATA make sure you have the optical drive and hard drive jumpers set correctly. I've seen that cause PXE-E61 errors.
Another thing I've seen PXE-E61 errors is when the hard drive has many partitions.

I have two SATA drives. I will try to remove one and see if that cause the problem. Will keep posted. I am trying to install OS from CD drive. Now I have DVD/CD drive. I know it's silly, but do I need CD drive?
Thanks,
Sanjiv

				Shouldn't... I've installed windows from a DVD-ROM, DVD-RW, and a CD-ROM all with no issues...
If you are installing a illegal version of Windows the disc you burnt it on might not work the the optical drive you are using and the only way to fix that is to either burn it on different media, change optical drives, or pay microsoft for a real copy.

Its trying ot boot off your network your going to need to go into your boot options and disable network boot, and make sure CDROM is set to your fisrt boot device.

nice... that was a simple and easy fix... I'm guessing the cable wasn't all the way seated! Can't beat a free solution!
