Here is the Email i sent to them, so i am waiting for a response
First off I want to thank you very much for the rapid turn around time for my shuttle. I cant thank you enough for how quickly you got it back to me. I was once in the service industry and I know customers enjoy it when you get their product repaired in a timely manner.
However, I also know how it is when you return the product in worse condition than what they have sent it off in the first place. I don't know if this would necessarily count as worse condition since the Shuttle powers on, but when I opened the box and pulled the shuttle out and unscrewed the case there was a couple of rattles. Come to find out one the rattles was a loose what looks to be a small capacitor floating around beneath the motherboard. The other rattle was the heatsink that goes under the powersupply for the voltage regulators. The adhesive on the bottom of the heatsink was stuck to the CMOS chip and when I had to move it back to the voltage regulators it tore the sticker off with the heatsink.
At first thought, I thought the loose heatsink knocked the small capacitor off somewhere since surely your Technicians would have caught a loose capacitor rattling around before they sent off the shuttle. Also a very minor issue, the "Warranty Void if removed" Sticker for the PSU was broken. I was skeptical to put the unit together and see if it still works, but I went ahead and it all seems to fine for now. I just thought I would let you know, so you can let whoever is in charge or your technical services division know that they are sending units back to customers like this. I am not asking for another unit, however I am letting you know for the record that a small capacitor, unknown if it was from the old mobo or the new mobo was knocked off and was rattling around in my repaired unit. I don't know what kind of issues it will create in the future if any. This is twice that I have sent my shuttle to your service dept and both times have come back in an unacceptable manner considering the size of your company.
Thank you Once again for the quick turn around time. You will find attached to this message pictures I took of the loose heatsink and loose capacitor and the broken seal.
and here are the pics
