I want to get rid of that fugly yellow case some of you last saw me with, and replace it with something a bit more...stylish. Now do you guys know of any good cases at a reasonable pricepoint (aka, no Lian Li, hate their stuff anyways) that looks great, has a unique style to it, has plenty of room for a rather space consuming rig, and has great airflow? supply some links if you are benificent enough to do so. I have personally been looking at this beast: http://www.xoxide.com/aerocool-extre...-3t-black.html

This case has a 140mm fan on the front, room for 1 120mm fan or 2 80mm fans on the back, and one monstrous 250mm fan on the side panel. Give me some feedback on this thing and maybe even supply your own suggestions. Thanks.

well, if I was to go for a tower I would pick the coolermaster centurion or the silverstone TJ-06, but that is just my taste, I don't care for the honking huge jet intake looking thing on the front of the areocool case.

i have the Antec P180. http://www.antec.com/us/productDetails.php?ProdID=81800

I love it. if i remeber correctly, it comes with 3 120 fans (one rear, one top, and one at PSU. I threw in another one in the front. I love the drive rails ( i think thats what they are called) It has 2 air filters in the front to reduce dust from getting in. I also like how it has a little compartment in the front bottom . oyu can store tools, random crap ( i have a floppy drive and cable - i dont use it all the time so i have it with the comp in case i need it).

There are 2 downfalls of the case:
1. It is heavy. It is heavy empty, it is really heavy filled. It the same case, it is heavy and VERY strong. you could probably stand on the thing with no problem.

2. the front door it kinda floppy. i leave it open most of the time anyways, but the hinges are kinda floppy.

I have the Antec P150, and in terms of asthetics, either of these cases would fit the "stylish" category. I love both of these cases and the P180 is also available in black 8)

The xoxide case you mention is ok, but I'm not one for flashy cut-outs, LED's and whatnot... to each their own.

I like the Cooler Master cases myself. Very solid construction and they look really nice. Price wise, they're very reasonable.

That's one of the ones I favor along with the full tower. Another great case is the Gigabyte Aurora. :P

I just build a system a week ago for a friend and I got her the Antec Nine Hundred case. It a great case and offer great cooling with 3x12cm fan and one 20 cm. Also the Antec P180 is also great case with the chambers to isolate the PS, HDD,and the mobo. Another great case is the Ultra Aluminus, offer great cooling and a lot space to work with, also has removable mobo tray.

Do you have the original P180 or the B version? I think the door is fixed in the later revision.

There is newer versions of P180 coming out soon also. P182 and P190 I think they are called. P190 has one more 120mm fan in the top and a 200mm fan on the side.
