Where to get complete creative installation CD a Download wo

I need the complete driver and software installation CD for a Soundblaster Live! Model CT4760 it works in XP Pro fine but I need the utilities for the 4 Speakers and the SPDIF output and the other stuff on the CD does any one know where I can Download a Complete CD Thanks
