You need DDR2 ram, you can't use DDR ram with Core 2 Duo.

Also, I don't know if that Zalman fan will fit in that case.

Yeah I highly doubt the Zalman CNPS9500 will fit in a micro case.

Yes indeed, you will not be able fit a 9500 in the case you listed. You will limited to water cooling, Zalman 8000 or something similar in size due to the constraints of the case.

Drop the power supply you listed as you will not need SLI. Save yourself some cash and go with something like the one below.
