Depending on your intended application, there are a couple suggestions I would make.
1. ditch the CD burner and go with this instead...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6827151133 I just ordered my 2nd one. Very impressive unti, IMO, for only $1 more.
As for Ram... I would probably go with
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820145098
Again, it depends on what you are going to use it for, but if you ever want to over clock, pc4200 ram probably isn't your best option... and even for most general tasks, 2gb will run better than 1gb.
Good Luck with your build.

I agree with DaIceMan in the post above, and would probably go with the 1950 on the Video Card for another 10- 15 bucks more(after rebate). I am not too familiar with those cards so maybe someone can chime in with a recommendation.

Its gonna be intended for moderate gaming. GuildWars/World of Warcraft...not anything to demanding like F.E.A.R

Yeah good choice of DVD Burner Iceman....however, he might want to consider the SATA one on Newegg...only a couple bucks more than that one.

I'd definitely get some faster memory and a better video card if you got the money to spend. It's worth it in the long run.
I also agree on getting a different PSU...I had a thermaltake and I think it was a big waste of money...I'd consider the Corsair 520

Thanks for the advice all...And about the SATA burner Mad_Goku advised you posted a link to the PSU twice. Now my problem is choosing between a Geforce 7900GS or the Radeon X1950PRO anything higher is outta my price range. Oh and one more question... I was reading the specs on my MOBO that i chose and it says my memory standard is DDR2 800. Does that mean thats the highest speed my MOBO supports? Thx Once again.

My link for SATA burner is good!
Yes the Mobo you chose supports 800 max, thats without OCing.
Theres nothing wrong with either of those vid cards but in a few weeks there will be some budget DX10 cards on the market, you may want to wait!
8600 series!

My choices:
PSU cheaper here.
DVD Burner
Video Card
I chose not to wait for the 8600 cards simply because I have no plans of using vista for a long time.
Good luck, let me know how the new build works out for you.

Sorry I was at work and was in a hurry to finish posting that I didn't notice the same link twice. The PSU and Burner above are the two that I were recommending.
