CPU voltage

Not sure where this goes, but here is my problem.
I'm undervolting my chip right now. In the BIOS I have it set to 1.2625v. In the BIOS hardware monitor it says 1.36v. CPU-Z states 1.3v and PC Probe states 1.33v and 1.28v under Orthos load. Core Temp states 1.3v as well. Are there any programs out there that give accurate voltage readings? I cannot use voltmeters because I do not have one, and my parents will not let me use one.

Coretemp should give the closest results (apart from using a multimeter)
It reads directly from the thermal monitoring chip inside the cpu core(s)
BUT electronics are produced to work within a ~5% variance, so the cpu recorded temp could be off a bit too.......not to mention the software reading it.
I'd go by what core temp says........most bios's don't record voltages and temps correctly.

Software voltage readout is useless.
If you have a good PSU, voltage is probably real close to 1.2625, if that's where you set it.

I just set the CPU voltage back to auto. Under Orthos load I get 1.33v. I still get the vdroop under load. When the CPU was idle, I was getting 1.38v. These readings were from Asus AI Booster. In the BIOS, the hardware monitor says 1.36v.
If Asus says my CPU voltage is around 1.28v even though I set it to 1.2375v, can I safely assume that the voltages are fluctuating between 1.24v to 1.28v?

No, the voltage sensors readable by any software is useless. Go by whatever you set in the BIOS, there's no point in using software to read voltage.
