I have a Inspiron 9400, Where will the Chassis Serial Number Be??

if not it should be on the back of the computer, or on the side, or on the bottom.

should be in the middle bottom of the laptop (my 9400 is) thin white label aligned front to back.

it was under the battery and it said C/N for Chassis Number not S/N for Serial Number!
