When are these being released?

Rumored launch of November 17th, 2008. I imagine that is the correct date as that date has been the primary date mentioned in quiet circles for weeks. Can't wait for these chips, now time to sell my QX9650

Our review was supposed to be on the 17th and got pulled in, so I'm guessing that would be the right date for them to hit the streets.

didn't compare that since I had two different coolers in use.

I can give you temps with my water cooler if you want though.

I'm *considering* getting a 940 chip and would probably just run it on air with a small OC. I know the quads can run pretty hot so I had hoped these would run cooler than Penryns.
