The Diesel USB 2.0 Flash drive has been on the market for nearly a year now and since it has been out for so long the prices have come down. Today, the 2GB version can be purchased for just $5.99 and the 16GB version selling for $15.99 after a $10 mail-in-rebate. That means the OCZ Diesel USB 2.0 Flash drives should be of great interest to consumers as they have a great price price tag. Getting a 16GB USB 2.0 Flash drive for under $20 is an amazing value as just a couple years ago it would have cost over a $100 for a a drive with this capacity!

Good review and a great USB drive. I just picked one up about a week ago and for $15 bucks after rebate, it really is a steal. I mainly use it to move around small files, but the ability to put full iso's and a ton of other useful tools with 10 gigs of space still left over is nice.

I have two of the 8gb ones and they are GREAT life savers. I have one setup to boot from so that I can rescue data from seriously borked systems and while it doesn't boot up in 5 seconds flat it is still pretty decent. Everyone should have at least one. OH and I have dropped mine more than a few times and they still work though I'll have to seal it up as they are not water tight. That would make them perfect if they can survive a washer/dryer test =)
