Fall IDF 2006: Intel Shows Quad-Core Kentsfield

IDF officially opens today, but that hasn't stopped Legit Reviews from finding things to write about the day before the show opens. With Intel Quad-Core systems powered by Intel Core 2 Extreme processor QX6700's all over the place we were able to have our cake and eat it too. We also had a chance to see the latest build of Futuremarks upcoming benchmark called Ice Storm Fighters.

quad core... I haven't even made it to dual core yet

I like that voodoo case, the effect the polished panel on the bottom is nice.
