cool, and a nice read. Is it dorky of me that as I was reading I was hearing the voice of the guy who narrates the show 'How Its Made'.

That place must be fricken huge, I worked at a place in Colorado (SCI/LSI) that produced a lot of HP stuff a few years ago, but we didn't make our own PCB's (they came from another vendor). Our company was big, but no where as large as ECS............

That must have been somewhat of a thrill to see how one of the biggest computer parts makers does what they do!
