Rich had the chance to drill Vivian Lien with a bunch of hardcore hardware questions and got some pretty good info from DFI's Director of Marketing. Here is a snip of what she had to say:
DFI standards for Diamond Flower International and is named after the company founder’s mother. Years ago our marketing team needed a slogan to position DFI and came up with a playoff of the acronym. Even after all these years, “Designed For Innovation’ is still very relevant to our company philosophy. Whoever was in charge of marketing at that time sure did a great job positioning DFI!
I'm guessing that many of you didn't know what DFI really even stood for!
