I want to aplogize for the way my article read. While i tried to ensure the unit's failure to meet standards was at the forefront, my ignorance concerning the guidelines themselves became emeshed in a review which also may have been cobntrsued as an attack on Legit. it went in too many directions and the one that troubles me most is it's reading as a criticims of some great journalism here. I hope the update below rectifies this.

It's often the cae we cannot see ourselves and that the outlook of others can help us grow, at the very least see our errors. I hope you will enjoy the updated article. While it's not always easy to alow criticism to penetrate the thick skin we wear to protect ourselves from a calous world, doing so can give us tremendous opportunity for growth. Thanks Nate for being a mentor not a mental such as I am: http://www.madshrimps.be/?action=getart ... rticID=320

wow, dude.....I'm disappointed, sincerely. WE always strive to tell our readers how it is, to be a place where they can come for help or unbiased reviews on technology.
The Skyhawk review was blown way out of proportion in that a company got caught being dishonest and used the threat of legal action to squash the story.
Nate Kirsch is one of the finest people I have ever known, his integrity is beyond question in my eyes. He puts this site and its members ahead of everything else, even personal gain, and i am proud to call him a close friend.
It really bothers me when we come under attack over a story we broke, it bothers me even more when that comes from someone who should know who we are and what we stand for.

Thanks for updating your work, i think its much better now, the first one really did feel like an attack. I also was unhapy that nate had to remove the article and we always inteded to restore it after rewriting. The big reason it was removed was because of some of the things i wrote. I personaly felt very betrayed by SkyHawk, and i wrote such. How ever BOTH Nate and the Lawers felt that my op was not central to the issue and could there for be removed to help satisfy the legal issues an maintain the central issue in the story. I cant really say more on the issue but im glad you updated yours as belive me the last thing i ever wanted to do was remove our origial.
