In Win Dragon Slayer MicroATX Mini Tower PC Case Review

Today we are looking at a new micro-ATX from the folks at In Win, the Dragon Slayer. The Dragon Slayer is a mATX mini tower case intended for enthusiasts. It is smaller than the traditional ATX mid tower, yet can still accommodate a full length video card and up to a 150mm tall CPU cooler. Join us as we take a look at the Dragon Slayer.

The Dragon Slayer from In Win is a very nice little case. The metal mesh front and side panels give it a nice look and allow for good air flow. With the Dragon Slayer falling in the $75-100 range it’s got a fair amount of cases to compete with. Unlike most mini towers in its price range the Dragon Slayer has more cooling, can accommodate larger coolers and has the 5th expansion slot that most mini towers don't have. The other side of that coin is that when most are looking at a mini tower they are looking for a small case...

Wow, not bad for a MicroATX case. I like how they made the CPU cutout large enough to fit and line up correctly, unlike many other companies where they don't line up very well at all.

I really like this case.

As for the CPU cutout area, yes manufactures are starting to catch on and dropping that lower edge. I have a couple of other new cases that are like this.
