Pretty disappointing results. That the $25, after rebate, Corsair A50 air cooler does a better job then their new $75 water cooler is probably the worst part.

It's a shame my Noctua beats this sexy baby. I was considering changing my cooler for one of these WC kit because the space I save and easier to clean,
but seeing the performance-cost of the cooler i"l stick to my Noctua for some time.
BTW nice review as always.

The A50 is nice performing cooler for the price. The fan is louder on the A50 vs the one on the H60. One of these days when the flow of samples slows down (not likely if Nate has his way ) I have wanted to try putting shrouds on one of these kit coolers to seed if spacing the fan away from the rad will up the performance any by removing the dead spot from the fan.Sttm wrote:Pretty disappointing results. Noctua coolers are hard to beat in the quiet/performance balancing act. Glad you liked the reviewLiquidXiron wrote:It's a shame my Noctua beats this sexy baby. I was considering changing my cooler for one of these WC kit because the space I save and easier to clean,
