Antec Performance One P280 Midtower Case Review

Today we have Antec's newest addition to the Performance One series, the P280. Continuing the legacy of Performance One enclosures, the P280 integrates quiet technologies such as sound-dampening steel / polycarbonate side panels, a triple-layer front door and hard drive trays with preinstalled vibration-reducing silicone grommets. Antec did a great job of bringing their case line back up to date with the 1100 & P280 designs, but I can't also help but feel that the designs are woefully uninspired compared to the old Performance One cases.
With that said, "woefully uninspired" doesn't make it a bad product. It just makes it something that's kinda boring considering mild hype it got.

I do look forward to seeing either a P290 that supports XL-ATX & E-ATX or even HTPX though.

I really like these "quiet" PC cases. They look very classy.

The downward mounted PSU is interesting.
