Fractal Design Arc Midi Black Case Review

The Fractal Design Arc Midi comes head first into the mid-tower PC case market. Some great things have been imported from Sweden over the last few years in pop culture. Fractal Design makes way to continue the trend in PC parts such as cases. Let's see how the Fractal Design Arc Midi holds up compared to others in the $100 USD price range.

The Fractal Design Arc Midi easily does its job. It also is very much a good value of features in a minimalistic look of a mid-tower case. I do like how the case is aesthetically clean from the outside. This continued inside by just looking out how the internal wiring was routed through the case.

I like the look of the case. Clean lines, no LED nonsense, but that interior... I'm sure you tried to tidy up the wires but it looked like a rat nest. This is coming from someone with too much crap stuffed in an Antec 300 too. The conclusion about it costing as much as a Corsair case is spot on. If they were able to get this down to the $80 range then I'd declare it a winner.

@Major_a I have to agree about the LED lights. After reviewing Corsair cases I reliazed the best LED lighting in a machine is white lighting IMO. If not then no lighting is fine by me.

I should have used more zips to clean up the wiring. I am realizing the modular power supply I am using for reviews isn't helping. I will have to find a different modular PSU for my next reivew. I just really wished if they were going for a brushed metal look that FractalDesign used actual bushed metal. But that of course is just my opinion. It is still a solid case and I would certainly use it myself.
