It seems like I'm requesting reviews all the time, sorry about that. I've read good things about these headphones and at $24 they seem too good to be true. I know they aren't 5.1 or have a mic but I'm curious how well they work/sound.

This product has been in the market for at least 4 years.

This headset is much better than the Razer Barracuda HP1 which has extremely poor rear speakers and subwoofers. Razer's front speakers are better than Kave. Razer has 30Hz - 18000hz response where Kave is 40Hz - 17000Hz and the sound quality difference is obvious. That is why listening to Stereo source Razer gives people better impression than Kave, and 90% of the people doesn't know that Stereo source (mp3 or stereo movie) does NOT use rear, centre and subwoofer at all. One way to utilize all speakers is to use channels mixing offered by some multiplayer software i.e powerdvd truetheatre or some others.

Centre speakers wise Kave is better.

There are 2 cons i found about Kave; first is the annoying vibration function. I don't like it, this is personal preference. It also "cheats" our ear that the bass is boomy with vibration but in fact it is not the case. Subwoofer resonance doesn't happen as frequent as Barracuda. Barracuda's resonance happens at 40-60Hz which is still a common frequency range and absolutely unacceptable. Kave is lower at 30-40Hz or so i forgot already too long ago.

Second is the comfort. I found it uneasy after 1 hour of wearing, the headphone weight i can't remember, i think is somewhere 370g. Barracuda HP1 is more comfortable because of the headband design and it is only 274 gram. However nothing challenge the lol Psyko 5.1 at 500 gram, half a kg on the head.

The mixer control is also a good design, much better than the retarded Barracuda which the knobs are easily disturbed and you never know how much the knob has been turned; and in the dark very difficult to know which knob is which.
