I have a question. I know being cloud-based is the future, but what is to stop someone from being able to hack into your mouse and record keystrokes or even take over command of your desktop? Those are worse case scenarios--but still, if it can be thought of, there is a bad guy or group that will figure out a way to exploit it. Seems to me that getting rid of onboard memory is a detriment. After all, with memory being cheap and more efficient (ie: smaller footprint) their shouldn't have been a problem with allocating the space for it. I don't like cloud-based computing, just one more step to Big Brother/Skynet.

I don't really care for it myself, because like you it opens up for more personal information possibly getting compromised.
