I mean it when I say the Level 10 M is uncomfortable for palm users.
Just curious here. Is there a site with pictures that shows the different holds? The way I hold every mouse doesn't easily allow me to reach the forward side button on a mouse. If I try to hold my hand on the mouse so I can easily reach both buttons it feels awkward and uncomfortable. For the ventilation holes I don't know why they didn't put in a quiet 20MM fan to pull air off of the palm. Tt makes case fans so it shouldn't have been that hard to implement.
My first impression upon seeing the Level 10 M for the first time was how unattractive it looked. Keep in mind that beauty is in the eye of the beholder
No, your first impression was correct, the mouse is hideous.

My first glance of the photo gave me the impression of a hand mic from an old military field radio.

Well it's been designed in a collaboration with BWM - Not a company that does very well in design, if you watch TG (I don't mean well do i? I mean regularly lack of design updates and possibly sometimes the ugliest cars in the world)
And just as a real world test there's a reason i hate metal surface mouses, they make too good a contact and especially in a environment with 30+C and high humidity but the human hands are capable of heating a Duron Camaro heatsink quite well to palm temperature  As i have did before
If they want to get their head around the "cooling" concept they should use a 40mm fan or not use a metal surface then.

Razer has a mouse ergonomics guide which better describes the grips and holds in greater detail.

It's not like Tt hasn't done it before.
