Curious as to what OS was used in testing? There's an issue with the driver on Win 8.1 and Corsair has a beta version out right now that seems to work ok for most. Might be worth updating the article to mention.

Windows 7 because I knew about the Windows 8 problem beforehand. Many disgruntled people have posted to the Corsair Facebook page about the Windows 8 incompatibility since Microsoft released the new OS.
