Re: Actiontec ScreenBeam Mini 2 Review
So this does any device with Windows 8.1?
Re: Actiontec ScreenBeam Mini 2 Review
From what I read it should, it is the Android area i think it has more compatibility issues with. Also you have to have WiDi on your device unless it is android. From what I gathered your android device has to have screen share also...??pwcmed wrote:So this does any device with Windows 8.1?
Really a confusing device. Also it wont work on Apple it says - so that gets an extra star in my book
Remember, I am opinionated and nothing I say or do reflects on anyone or anything else but me
Re: Actiontec ScreenBeam Mini 2 Review
Well its in my cart. I might give it a go after the reviews for Microsoft's dongle come out.

It's pretty much dependant on whether your wireless NIC supports WiDi. Run the Intel tool and it'll tell you if it's compatible with WiDi.
Android, if it's running 4.x it shouldn't have issues, of course with the wide number of Android devices out there, it's hard to guarantee it
